William Saab is the founding pillar of the firm, bringing more than three decades of legal experience to complex local and cross-border matters. Since establishing the practice in 1987, he has built a distinguished career spanning commercial and corporate litigation, arbitration, real estate and property disputes, residential and non-residential rent cases, financial and banking controversies, labor and employment disputes, enforcement proceedings, and criminal litigation.
He advises a diverse portfolio of clients including companies, entrepreneurs, and represents them before Lebanese courts and administrative authorities. Known for his strategic and results-driven approach, he delivers tailored legal solutions that balance legal precision with practical business needs.
His regional practice extends beyond Lebanon to include clients operating in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Iraq, with a particular focus on multi-jurisdictional and cross-border disputes. William also collaborates with legal professionals in Brussels, and Paris on matters requiring international coordination, ensuring seamless handling of transactions and contentious matters across different legal systems.
William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Lebanese University and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1987.
